Trust & Operating Principles

No manifesto, no corporate poetry. This page is the deal we offer you, stated as plainly as we can manage. If a sentence here wouldn't survive being said out loud on a sales call, it doesn't belong on this page.

We're here to make money. So are you.

We are a for-profit company and we don't dress that up. Our incentives only work if they point the same direction as yours: we earn by doing work that measurably grows your business — captured leads, kept appointments, answered calls, recovered invoices. If an engagement stops creating value for you, it stops being an engagement. Our pricing, our KPIs, and our contracts are built around that alignment, not around locking you in.

Your business growing is the success metric

We don't measure ourselves by tokens burned or hours of "AI activity." Every engagement defines, up front, what success looks like in your numbers — and every agent cycle writes an outcome record against it: what came in, what was decided, why, at what cost. You get dashboards and reports you can check — numbers tied to your own workspace, not vanity metrics.

When something breaks, we're on time

Agents fail — anything that runs 24/7 eventually does. What you're buying is not perfection, it's response: issues surface immediately instead of festering, sit outside delegated authority the moment they're unusual, and reach a human without waiting for you to notice. Contract questions, abnormal spend, potential security events — these escalate to a person on our side, right away. Boring and predictable is the point.

Guardrails live in code, not in prompts

Business rules that must never be broken — booking hours, slot conflicts, spend caps, contact policy — are enforced deterministically in the agent's action layer. A language model can interpret a request; it cannot override a hard guardrail. Every blocked action carries an explicit machine-readable reason.

Humans decide who gets contacted

Our agents score, route, and draft — they are structurally incapable of deciding on their own to contact a person. Outreach goes through approval gates. Wherever an agent's output reaches someone outside your team, a human sign-off sits in between. Autonomous does not mean unsupervised.

Every agent is AI. We say so, every time.

Every agent we operate is artificial intelligence, and we don't pretend otherwise — not on sales calls, not in demos, and not when it's talking to your customers. Our service is built to disclose by default: voice calls open by stating the caller is speaking with an AI assistant, and chat interfaces show it. We ask the same of our clients and put that commitment in the contract. Where the law requires specific AI transparency — such as the EU AI Act's rules on AI interaction — we disclose fully. If an agent doesn't know something or isn't allowed to act, it says so and hands off to a person.

Your data stays scoped to your project

Client data lives inside the client's isolated workspace with its own knowledge base, inbox, and loop memory. Nothing from one client's workspace trains another's agent. Your systems are integrated per engagement, not pooled across clients.

Honest numbers: simulated vs. real, labeled

Every performance figure on this site that comes from our deterministic dry-run simulator is labeled as simulated evidence. Case-study tables stay empty until a real pilot fills them with measured data. We do not publish estimates dressed up as results — and we'll tell you which of our capabilities are brand new versus battle-tested.

We contribute where we operate

Growing customer businesses is our primary social contribution: small service businesses get automation that used to be reserved for enterprises with IT departments. Beyond that, we keep our operations honest — we pay our taxes, we don't spam, we respect robots and contact policy by design, and we build agent guardrails (against exploitative or abusive use) into the base of every agent we ship, not as an afterthought.

Escalation

Situations outside an agent's delegated authority — contract questions, unusual spend, potential security issues — escalate to a human immediately rather than being improvised.
